Hi Guys! Here, I am going to list about the course categories under B.Com(Bachelor of Commerce) and its details.

Bachelor of Commerce is considered as the most preferred option in commerce group after schooling.This course is offered in many different disciplines to train candidates to the world of commerce.



Eligibility - 10+2 Pass (with Commerce group is highly suitable)
Note- Even Science stream students are eligible to pursue this course but difficult to study further.



Duration - 3 to 4 years-Hons degree is also available (part time/full time)


Average fees - 15 K to 1 Lac (Three years)-various with division of courses.

What is B.Com is about?

The B.Com degree is designed to provide students with a wide range of managerial skills and competence in the field of commerce.It equips students with the knowledge of accounting principles,exports and import laws.economic policies and other aspects that impacts trade and Business.

Who can opt for B.Com course?

It is suitable for commerce students who wants to take up CA, ICWA and other novel courses like foreign trade and advertising are best suitable to do this degree.And also candidates with wide range of managerial skills related to sectors like banking,business,finance,insurance, industry and other government sectors are most suitable.

Divisions in B.Com

B.Com. in India is available in three modes – B.Com. (pass course), B.Com. (Honors) and B.Com. (Vocational).

B.Com (pass)	B.Com  (Hons)	B.Com (vocational)
Students are given an overview of the subjects and there is no option for specialization in a particular subject.	Students are given an in-depth knowledge of subjects and can specialize in subjects like Economics and Accounting etc.	It is a skill based and job oriented division and students can specialize in particular course.

Admission

Admission Process for this course is usually merit-based as XII standard marks particularly main paper cutoff, however in some colleges they might conduct entrance tests for admission to this course.
